Delivery & returns

Delivery and Shipping Costs. We provide the following delivery options: InPost, Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, and RM/Parcelforce. You can choose any of these options at checkout. If you use Google or Apple Pay, tap the arrow next to the displayed carrier to see the whole list. We’d love for you to enjoy free InPost delivery option on your ordered drinks when your total is £35 or more!  For orders over £75, we’re happy to offer free delivery via Royal Mail, ensuring your items arrive safely (UK). It’s a fantastic option among several delivery choices, and you’re welcome to use it if you like. The free shipping option may be disabled during major sales or price reductions on whole product groups. Shipping costs vary based on the package's weight and size. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Upon receipt of your package, please check its outer condition and refuse receipt if it is visibly damaged. Let us know ASAP (up to 3 days) by email that your parcel arrived damaged and, for this reason, is refused - returned automatically. If you choose to accept a package that looks noticeably damaged, please keep in mind that you do so at your own risk. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to address any complaints regarding damaged or missing goods if you don't let us know within 3 days of the delivery date.

InPost - Locker Delivery. In addition to shipping via Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, and Parcelforce, we offer delivery via the modern InPost service. Delivery to a locker or shop takes 2-3 days. You can select the delivery address by choosing the collection point (Service Point) from the list. Please LOG IN, add items to the basket and tap the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button. To collect your parcel from any locker near your delivery address, use APPLE or GOOGLE Pay. Please provide your mobile number to get a text with the parcel pick-up details. InPost removes uncollected parcels after 3 days. Please choose this delivery option responsibly. Refund for goods can be requested only after we receive the unclaimed parcel.

Next-Day UK Delivery. We process and ship all orders (Mon-Fri) the day after they are placed, except for high-priority shipments (RM Special Delivery). Such orders placed by 12 pm are processed and shipped the same day. Next-day delivery service works on weekdays. Weekend orders placed using this service will be shipped as a priority on Monday. Just a quick note: you have complete control over when and how you receive your order! We offer a variety of delivery options, so feel free to choose the one that works best for you. International Delivery. We're excited to ship orders to many wonderful locations, including the UK, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, the Isle of Man, Guernsey, and Jersey. Just a quick heads-up: if your order is headed to the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Norway, or Sweden, it is limited to £110, and you may need to cover an import charge that could come up. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please keep in mind that these charges are beyond our control and may vary. For more details, please check the import duty rates in your country, as these fees will be charged by your government. If delivery is refused in any way or border charges are not paid, you will not be able to claim a refund or re-shipment. We appreciate your understanding on this matter before placing an order.

Festive Times.  Please note that delivery time for orders may exceed normal estimates due to parcel traffic. We always make the biggest effort to dispatch every order on time, but we cannot speed up the couriers. To ensure your order arrives when you need it, we strongly recommend placing orders a few days before your desired delivery date. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Non-shipping days. Due to our participation in the Arnold Sports Festival, shipping will be unavailable on March 26 and 27. We will start shipping on Monday, March 30th. We will be closed for Easter from April 2nd to April 6th, 2026. Please rest assured that we will begin processing and shipping orders again on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026. During the Easter break, the office is quiet because no one is there. We’ll also make sure this information is displayed on our website, so you’ll stay informed.

Returns. We accept returns within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order. The person returning the goods is responsible for the return shipping costs. If your order consists of multiple packages, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last package. Before returning anything, please get in touch with us. Please state the reason why you wish to return your item.  You will then receive further instructions about how to continue. Once we have received your item, we aim to process your return within five working days. Items bought during a sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable. Please do not send anything to us without contacting us first. We will not accept any packages being sent without your information.
